Flotation processing plant usually consists of jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, flotation cell, high-efficiency concentrator, dryer and several conveyor belts, with many features including energy efficiency, great productivity and low consumption.

Previous processing experiences indicate that gold washing and classifying are pretty important procedures during the whole gold dressing. And there are two reasons to explain this: one is that inappropriate method of washing mineral results in severe metal loss and great interruptions from mud lumps, which will decline whole capacity; the other one is that unsuitable classification of minerals also puts negative influence on final beneficiation.

In summary, it’s wise to take as much as factors into consideration before launching a gold dressing plant.
