1. Drum: drum is an important component of permanent magnetic separator. The drum is welded by stainless steel plates with 2-3mm long. The drum of the magnetic separator has two types: half magnetic drum, and full magnetic drum so as to adapt to different devices. The magnetic circuit of drum is designed uniquely, which can continuously separate magnetic material from non-magnetic material.

2. Magnetic system: the magnetic system of magnetic separator use a special material made by high quality ferrite material compounding with rare earth magnet. Magnetic separator has two types of magnetic systems. They are open type magnetic system and close type magnetic system. Different magnetic system has different magnetic properties. Magnetic separator with weak magnetic field adopts open magnetic system, while magnetic separator with strong magnetic field adopts close magnetic system.

3. Tank: tank of magnetic separator is its main work area. The work area is made of stainless steel plates. And the mainframe and other parts of the tank is welded by common steel. According to the flowing direction of the pulp and the rotating direction of the tank, tank has three types: upstream, downstream, and half downstream.

4. Transmission components: the transmission components of magnetic separator consist of bearings, flywheels, springs, driving belt, and other small components.
