Vibrator

Sieve box

Sieve box consists of sieve frame, sieve surface and its compaction device. Screen frame is constituted by the lateral plates and beams. And screen frame must be sufficiently rigid.

Supporting device

Supporting devices have hanging type and sitting type. The installation of the sitting type is simpler, and the installation position is lower, so it generally should be preferred. The supporting devices of the sand vibrating screen are mainly composed of elastic components. The common used elastic components are coil springs, plate springs and rubber springs.

Gearing

Sand vibrating screen usually uses v-belt as gearing. The structure of the sand vibrating screen is very simple. Users can adjust the rotating speed of the vibrator as they want. However, v-belt is apt to slip during running, which can lead to the clogging phenomena of sand vibrating screen. Some sand vibrating screen may directly choose coupling as their gearing. The service life of the coupling is long, but the speed of the vibrator can not be adjusted.
